Bathroom renovations
A well-planned bathroom can make a surprisingly big difference to a home. Whether you're renovating an existing bathroom, creating an ensuite or changing the layout entirely, we can manage the building work and coordinate everything needed to bring it together.
Bathrooms involve a lot of different trades in a relatively small space. We work with trusted plumbers, electricians, waterproofers, tilers and other specialists, managing the sequencing carefully so each stage is completed properly and the project keeps moving.

Kitchen Renovations

Outdoor Living
Auckland homes are made for indoor-outdoor living, and sometimes a few well-planned changes can completely change how you use the outside of your home.
From new and replacement decks, covered outdoor areas, pergolas and louvre systems to exterior stairs, retaining walls, fences and driveways, we can take care of individual projects or bring several improvements together as part of a wider plan.
We can also look at how the inside and outside of your home connect - including new or enlarged doors and openings, and help you work through what will make the most sense for your property.
Repairs & Building Issues
Not every building issue has an obvious solution. If you've noticed water getting in, deteriorating timber, damaged weatherboards or cladding, problems with a deck or balcony, or something that simply doesn't look right, we can investigate what's happening and advise on the best way forward.
Depending on what we find, that might mean a targeted repair, replacing affected areas, waterproofing-related building work or more extensive remedial work. We'll explain what we've found, talk you through the options and carry out the work needed to put it right.
Most homes need attention from time to time, and we value becoming the builder our clients can come back to. Knowing the history and quirks of a home can make it much easier to deal with future repairs and improvements when they arise.
